  <title>City Hall Avenue at Saint Pauls Boulevard Reopens; New Lane Reductions to Begin on Saint Pauls Boulevard</title>
  <description>Saint Pauls Boulevard will be reduced to one through lane northbound and one through lane southbound between E. Main Street and Market Street. 

City Hall Avenue from the I-264 exit to Saint Pauls Boulevard will be reduced to one through lane westbound. Left and right turns onto Saint Pauls Boulevard from City Hall Avenue will be maintained. 

Motorists are encouraged to use Waterside Drive, Boush Street and Brambleton Avenue as alternate routes.

  <title>Tidewater Drive Closed to Southbound Traffic for Underpass Improvements.</title>
  <description>Beginning as early as Mon., January 11, the third phase of work will begin on the Tidewater Dr. underpass. The northbound lanes will reopen to traffic, and the southbound lanes will be closed from the underpass to Lindenwood Ave. to allow for construction. The project is expected to be completed in mid-April, weather conditions permitting. Southbound traffic will be detoured from Tidewater Drive as follows: Right on Lafayette Blvd., left on 26th St., left on Church St., left on Princess Anne Rd., right on Tidewater Dr.</description>
